2018 Season
The Rochester Ridgemen is a summer collegiate baseball team, consisting of players from around the country committed to enriching the community of Webster during their baseball season. They have a desire to create an engaging family friendly event every home game – a place where parents can unwind and enjoy time with their kids, while in a safe and fun environment. The players look to be a strong role model for children who exemplify what a strong work ethic and a positive attitude can look like. The Rochester Ridgemen will play their sixth season at Basket Road field in 2018. As members of the New York Collegiate Baseball League, the Ridgemen will host 21 regular season home games. Summer collegiate baseball leagues, like the NYCBL, bring some of the highest college-level talent in the country to New York during the months of June and July.
Ridgemen players raise support to be able to participate on the team and help offset their expenses, but the team also relies upon sponsorships to generate funds to operate during the season.
